By accessing or using Booksliv (the "Site") or purchasing any products or services through the Site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Prices for products are subject to change at any time without notice. Booksliv may offer discounts or special promotions, which are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Prices listed on the website do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

While we strive to ensure product availability, Booksliv does not guarantee that products listed as available will be in stock. If an item is out of stock, Booksliv reserves the right to cancel your order.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Shipping costs and delivery times are estimated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to unforeseen factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

4.2 International Shipping

For orders placed outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. Bookiyos is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

4.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Booksliv are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the item is delivered to the carrier. Bookiyos is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments after they have been handed to the carrier.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

You may return most items purchased on Booksliv within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. You and Bookiyos agree that arbitration will take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, and both parties waive their right to a jury trial. You also agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10.4 Exceptions

Certain claims, such as those for intellectual property infringement or claims falling within the jurisdiction of small claims court, are not subject to this arbitration agreement.

11. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. All claims must be pursued on an individual basis.
